News travels fast: before mid-week expect loved ones and close friends to openly discuss recent social events, romantic couplings or planned celebrations. Group events, short-term travel arrangements or social announcements may all be an ongoing theme for the next three weeks. Some Capricorns may also experience a rare invitation to a distant reunion or family gathering. Stay balanced: before mid-July close friends and loved ones will expect solid public commitments. After Tuesday watch also for a fairly involved workplace dispute. Key areas of concern may be recently broken agreements between authority figures or new policies and procedures that are not effective. Don't be drawn into the centre of a power struggle this week: for the time being, subtle issues of experience versus authority are being settled in all working relationships.
